production capacity and the other a multitude of coating substrate capabilities for
textiles, wovens, non-wovens, polymer films, paper, foil, foam, etc.

Custom Laminates & Coatings
Microseal Industries will work with you to help custom develop a laminate or coating to
suit a specific application. For new projects, upgrading of current products or reaction
to today's fast changing regulatory environment, custom laminations and coatings represent
a substantial portion of Microseal Industries' business.
Latex,Thermal & Solvent Coatings
& Laminates
These include dispersions, 100% solids, hot melt coatings, solutions and emulsions. We
have many water-borne coatings and specialize in custom latex formulations.
Pattern & Zone Coatings
Such coatings are essential when certain specific properties of the original material are
to be preserved including breathability and stretchability. Pattern coatings are
especially appropriate as an integral component in the construction of finished products:
particularly when you need to maintain or enhance comfort qualities. Discontinuous
coatings including dot coatings are also available for adhesive application requirements.
Flame Retardant Coatings & Laminates
Microseal Industries offers both passive and active fire barriers including chemically
based, self-extinguishing media. We can help you meet specific requirements in addition to
local and state fire codes.
Specialty Polymer Coatings
For industry specific applications and performance requirements we can deliver specialty
polymer coatings for a multitude of substrates and environments. Our in-house lab facility
can work with you to formulate the exact coating and process required.
Pressure Sensitive Coatings &
Laminates
We have a wide variety of both permanent and temporary adhesive performance
characteristics available. For specific applications we can adjust tack, peel and sheer
values, and offer a variety of coatings and release liners.
Heat Sealable Films & Webs
For packaging requirements within the medical, electronic, and other industries, we can
provide a complete range of lidding and roll stock materials. All are available with a
variety of peel and release characteristics.
Lab Facilities
Our well equipped laboratory is able to test samples for conformity to specifications,
formulate custom coatings as well as analyze performance and results. Located within our
manufacturing facility it is both the cornerstone of our quality assurance program and the
bedrock of all developmental work.
Trial Runs
When we are determining the feasibility of a new process, pre-production trials prior to
full scale processing are an integral part of our operations.
Developmental Services
Microseal Industries is a customer driven company, constantly developing new processes to
